1969 Ford Mach 1
Supercharged Street Machine
Some builds push boundaries, others redefine them. This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is a perfect example of classic muscle reimagined with modern engineering. From its fire-breathing 347 stroker motor to its dialed-in suspension, every element of this car was carefully chosen to deliver raw power, drivability, and timeless appeal.

Powertrain – 525 Horsepower to the Wheels
At the heart of this Mach 1 is a 347 stroker built on a Dart bare block with AFR heads. A Harrop supercharger feeds the beast, while a Holley HP engine management system keeps everything perfectly tuned. Inside, a Scat rotating assembly ensures bulletproof reliability.
The engine was completely rebuilt, dyno-tuned, and tested—laying down an impressive 525 horsepower at the wheels, a true testament to both the build quality and the tuning precision.
Transmission & Driveline
Power is sent through a Tremec TKX transmission, providing crisp, modern shifts while still retaining the analog muscle car experience. Out back, a Ford 9-inch rear end with a Posi unit keeps traction in check, supported by a custom Calvert suspension system.
Cooling & Comfort
A custom-made radiator paired with upgraded air induction ensures reliable cooling even under heavy load. For comfort, the car features Vintage Air A/C, making this Mach 1 as enjoyable on the street as it is on the strip.
Suspension & Handling
The stance and handling were carefully refined:
Lowered 1" up front for improved stance and balance
CalTracs system with 1" lowered rear
Calvert suspension components (adjusted and balanced, no wheel hop)
Together, these upgrades give the Mach 1 superior control without sacrificing its aggressive muscle car look.
Interior & Electronics
Inside, the driver is greeted by a clean, functional cockpit enhanced with Dakota Digital gauges, blending vintage style with modern precision.
Braking & Wheels
Stopping power comes courtesy of a four-wheel disc brake conversion, paired with power brakes for consistent, modern performance. The look is completed with a set of period-correct wheels, keeping the stance muscular yet refined.
A True Restomod Mach 1
